About
Hi, I'm Kieran.
I became a physiotherapist to get people back to the things they train for, not just out of pain. 12 years on, the job is still the same three things: listen properly, treat with my hands, and build you a plan that survives contact with a real week.
You see me every session, never a rota. Between visits your rehab lives in your own app: your exercises with videos, your progress, and the next session picking up exactly where the last one ended.

Injury assessment
History, examination and a clear explanation of what is going on, with treatment started in the same session. The right starting point for a new problem.
Rehabilitation
Hands-on treatment and a progressive exercise plan, moved forward at every session until you are back to what you do.
Deep tissue / sports massage
Soft tissue work for recovery, tightness and heavy training blocks.
Cupping
Cupping therapy, on its own or alongside other treatment.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture for pain relief and muscle release.
Taping
Support and kinesiology taping for sport, recovery and return to play.

How soon can I be seen?
The times on this page are live. What you can see is genuinely free, four weeks ahead.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
Yes. Pick a time and it is yours: you get a confirmation email with a calendar invitation straight away.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No, you can book directly. If your GP should be involved we will say so, and we will always ask you first.
What happens before my first appointment?
You fill in a short form when you book, covering your history and what the problem is. It means the first session is spent examining and treating you rather than filling in paperwork. Wear something you can move in.
Do I pay online or at my appointment?
Your choice. Every session is £50.00: pay online when you book, or by cash or card on the day. New patients pay a £30.00 deposit to book, which comes off the session price.
What if I need to move my appointment?
Change it in your account. With 24 hours' notice or more it costs nothing, and any deposit is refunded in full. Inside that window a new patient's deposit is retained, because a slot given up at short notice usually cannot be filled.
