About
Hi, I'm Kieran.
I have spent nine years treating injuries: six as a sports therapist while I studied, and now as an HCPC registered physiotherapist. The aim has never changed: get people back to the things they love doing, not just out of pain. The job is three things: listen properly, treat with my hands, and build you a plan that survives contact with a real week.
You see me every session, never a rota. Between visits your rehab lives in your own app: your exercises with videos, your progress, and the next session picking up exactly where the last one ended.

How soon can I be seen?

Is my booking confirmed straight away?
Yes. Pick a time and it is yours: you get a confirmation email with a calendar invitation straight away.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No, you can book directly. If your GP should be involved we will say so, and we will always ask you first.
What happens before my first appointment?
Booking takes about a minute. Afterwards we send you a short consultation form, covering your history and what the problem is, to fill in any time before your visit. It means the first session is spent examining and treating you rather than on paperwork. Wear something you can move in.
Do I pay online or at my appointment?
Your choice: pay online when you book, or by cash or card on the day. Your first appointment is £60.00 and every follow-up is £50.00. New patients pay a £30.00 deposit to book, which comes off the price of that first appointment.
What if I need to move my appointment?
Change it in your account. With 24 hours' notice or more it costs nothing, and any deposit is refunded in full. Inside that window a new patient's deposit is retained, because a slot given up at short notice usually cannot be filled.
